July Schedule

July is packed full of goodness! There is something for everyone! We are launching our Somatic Strength Series Monday mornings at 7:30 am! Get your workout in and done early to beat the heat. As a bonus and to compliment the Somatic Strength, join Betsy Fridays to get the heart working with some hill walks and a stretch after (free or donation). Ali Crandall is joining us for the month with Pilates Fusion Tuesdays at 5;00 pm, double down and join Joanna for Gentle Stretch right after at 6:15 pm.

We host a variety of classes to suit all of your yoga needs including Slow Your Flow, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga and Pop Up opportunities. Studio Etiquette

It is our philosophy at Lakeside Yoga Collective to create a very casual warm environment. It is however important to follow these very simple rules of etiquette to make your experience, as well as others, the best it can be! Most of the above rules are self explanatory. We again want our atmosphere to be casual and fun so if you run late once in a while by all means come to class (if it’s not more than 10 min) as we’d rather you come in quietly than not at all!
