It is our goal to provide a variety of classes to suit everyone’s yoga needs! Our schedule is always evolving so from month to month it may vary slightly based on teacher availability and your needs! We hope you can find the movement that best suits you to bring you movement for the body, quiet for the mind, and love in your heart!

PRICING

The best value for your dollar is our unlimited rates for a commitment of 6 or 3 months. We also offer month to month.

  • Private Class in Studio and off site ~ contact us for costs as prices may very depending on size of the group or for individuals

  • Ask us about private Hike & Yoga sessions. A fun way to do a bachelorette or corporate staff activities!

Lakeside 54 Flow **

This is our studio signature flow class. The sequence will be the same each week so you can build strength and monitor your progress. We incorporate the Sun Salutations you love building in strength and balance components! A super fun flow to add to your practice!

All levels are welcome!

Roll, Flow & Stretch/ Gentle Stretch *

Roll, Flow & Stretch is a great offering from Kara starting with some ball rolling to target some of those super tight areas, adding in a flow component, then finishing with a nice stretch. Offered Sunday at 11 a.m.

Gentle Stretch is just that. Joanna will guides you through the a practice of stretching and connecting to you body & mind. Offered Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m.

All levels are welcome!

Power / Spicy Flow ***

Power is a fast paced vinyasa flow that focuses on building strength and endurance. The postures can be challenging and you move from one pose to the next quickly. Our version of Spicy flow is just a notch lower than a Power version. If you like a challenge this is the class for you!

A base of vinyasa knowledge is best for this class!

Vinyasa Flow

Core Flow **

Vinyasa is an approach to yoga in which you move from one pose directly into the next using the breath as a guide. Flow offers the same fluidity just less Vinyasa linking the asana. Core Flow will focus on building heat through the core centre first then incorporating the core awareness into a strong flow. Soulful Flow/Soulful Spice connects deeper within while flowing seamlessly through an asana flow.

Vinyasa ~ some experience an asset!

Slow Your Flow / Happy Hips *

A slower vinyasa flow taking time to set up proper alignment for each posture and possibly holding the asana a little longer. Big focus on connecting to the breath and pausing with the breath for longer holds. The flow will be very much hip focused allowing lots of time to stretch and warm up the hips.

All levels are welcome

YIN YOGA *

Long slow holds without muscle engagement helps to open up the connective tissue in the body for deep facial stretching. Poses are held anywhere from 3 - 10 minutes per side.

All levels welcome.

TINY TOT SERIES

It’s never too early to start introducing mindfulness, self regulation, and bodily control! This class is for the toddler and Joanna will guide the caregiver, who accompanies the toddler, to do just that.

Starter Series *

This series is offered periodically for the new yogi! You will learn the basic asanas and flow sequence that will allow you to feel comfortable jumping in to a regular Flow class. Also a good option for a refresher if just getting back into your practice!

All levels are welcome

Hike and Yoga

Group hikes to different locations with a gentle yoga are offered on a pop up basis.
